EFOIL Beginner Course
Starting from theory, you will learn how an EFOIL works and the rules for using it the right way and have fun safely.
You will begin to get familiar with the board, first lying down and then on your knees to approach the flying technique.
When you feel confident enough you will also start making your first attempts at standing up, always closely assisted by our AICS-certified national instructors.
All courses are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and under the supervision of our AICS certified instructors.
LESSON CONTENTS
Short theory session on land (15 mins) and practical session in water (45 mins)

- Liability release form filled in and signed before the beginning of the lessons)
